We are currently looking for a few types of properties that will fit our buy box or our clients buy box.

We will buy anywhere for the right price, but here are our main markets.

Arizona, Florida, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Washington, Colorado, Philadelphia, and Ohio.

Properties That Need Work (As-Is)

If you had tenants ruin a property or it's been sitting for a while, or just hasn't been renovated in the last few years and needs to be taken to the market standard. We buy these properties as is for cash.

Section 8

We are building a portfolio of section 8 homes. Ideally we are looking for at least 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom but we much prefer 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom in St Louis.

Land

We also purchase land all over the US. We are looking for large land parcels and luxury developments.

10+ Acres - 750 Acres

We love farm land and also areas that are up and coming that we can build homes on.

We also love land in beautiful locations that we can place tiny homes on.

Private Investor Funds

We also work with a small group of funds to build their portfolios.
